Updating Your Profile

You may update or add a new delivery address to your Address Book at any time by visiting the ‘My Account’ section. To do so, first click on the  ‘My Profile’ under ‘My Account’ on the top right of the page, and then click ‘Address Book’ on the Left Navigation menu under ‘My Profile’.

Editing a Delivery Address

To update your delivery address, click on the [Edit] button near the bottom of the address details. Update the fields as desired and then click on the [Save] button on the bottom of the form.

Adding a New Delivery Address

To add a new delivery address, click on the [Add New Address] button on the bottom right of your address details and enter the following information:

  1. Enter an address name. Pick an easy to remember name, for example if this is your home address, you may want to name it ‘HOME’ or if this your company address, you may want to name it ‘OFFICE’.
  2. Enter flat number and floor number.
  3. Enter the block or building name if you live in an apartment building (not mandatory).
  4. Enter an estate name or a street name.
  5. Select a region and then locate your district.
  6. You may set this address to be your default delivery address.
  7. Click [Save] button to complete.

Deleting a Delivery Address

You may delete an address from your Address Book by simply clicking on the [Delete] button located under each delivery address. Please note that you will only be able to delete a delivery address when you have 2 or more delivery addresses saved in your Address Book.
