  • 450g beef rib sticks
  • 1/2 pc onion, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 200ml stout
  • 250ml beef stock (1 beef stock cube)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt and pepper
  • a little parsley

Cooking Method

Cut beef rib sticks into 1 inch cubes. Heat 2 tablespoons oil, saute beef cubes until slightly golden. Set aside.
