  • 1 lb New Zealand Mussels
  • 1 pc Onion (medium, chopped)
  • 1 pc Tomato (diced)
  • 2 tbsp Garlic
White Wine Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup White Wine
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Thyme

Cooking Method

Clean mussels and drain.

Heat butter in pan. Add onion and tomato, season with salt and thyme.
