Ingredients

  • Striploin beef steak, 2 pieces (about 250g)
  • 90g Salad vegetables
  • 6 Cherry tomatoes – halved
  • 50g Carrot – shredded
  • 1 tbsp Premium Oyster Sauce
  • White pepper to taste
Marinade
  • 1 tbsp Premium Oyster Sauce
  • White pepper to taste
Seasoning mix
  • 4 tbsps Soy Sauce

Cooking Method

Mix steak with marinade.
