  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 cup Chinese Cooking Wine (Michiu)
  • 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Chopped Celery (11/2 inch)
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Red Chili 4 Cut-sectioned Spring Onion (11/2 inch)

Cooking Method

Chop chicken into 2 inch squares and add soy sauce and sugar. Mix with sesame oil. Prepare the ginger and garlic.
